Non-negotiable Rules

24 hour rolling and movement sensor CCTV cover the site – Including HD camera pointing at the gate.
Gate to remain locked, please bring what you need for your session, In emergency call 07968351719 we will escort you offsite
Up to 4 anglers max including lake exclusive groups
Only individuals over the age of 18 allowed on site
2 Rods per angler 3-4 anglers. 3 rods permitted 1-2 anglers
No bins on site, all rubbish to be taken home
Permitted to drive to swim for loading / unloading, vehicle must be returned to car parking area after 30 minutes.
Fishing from the 4 designated pegs ONLY, baiting up margins is fine.
Bait Boats OK
Keep your hook baits within the swim boundaries (see lake map) Never cast past the island
If you suspect a fish is 30lb+ you must notify us immediately
Dogs OK keep on lead
All members of Lake Exclusive groups will be required to arrive/ depart at same time

Fish Care

Do not bring mats, slings or nets to our site, this is provided by us.
Never hold a fish greater that 18 inch from the ground and always over a unhooking mat
No Retaining fish in Slings or Sacks, use your Landing Net only.
To reduce stress retain a fish in your net for maximum of 10 minutes then release
No fixed leads or death rigs
All fish captures to be photographed on both sides and pics emailed to solutions.group@hotmail.co.uk or wats app to 07968351719
