Non-negotiable Rules

24 hour rolling and movement sensor CCTV cover the site – Including HD camera pointing at the gate.
Apart from when your session commences and ends you are NOT PERMITTED TO OPEN THE GATE, No visitors, No Takeaways, No shop run. In emergency call 07968351719 we will escort you offsite
Up to 4 anglers max including lake exclusive groups
Only individuals over the age of 21 allowed on site
You can move swim while you are there to an unbooked swim only – use Swimbooker system to check.
Experienced carp anglers on site only. No Guests.
2 Rods per angler
No bins on site, all rubbish to be taken home
Boilie & pellet only (no nuts or particle) Maggots ok Nov – Feb
No wading or swimming
Park in allocated car park at the front of the lake. No driving around the lake
Fishing from the 4 designated pegs ONLY, baiting up margins is fine.
Bait Boats OK
Keep your hook baits within the swim boundaries (see lake map) Never cast past the island
If you use the BBQ please clean it afterwards.
No extension cables running from the lodge to your swim
If you catch a fish over 25lb you must notify us immediately
Dogs OK keep on lead

Fish Care

Dip all nets and weigh slings in carpark before your session
Never hold a fish greater that 18 inch from the ground and always over a unhooking mat
No Retaining fish in Slings or Sacks, use your Landing Net only.
To reduce stress retain a fish in your net for maximum of 10 minutes then release
No fixed leads or death rigs
Rods must Never be left unattended.
All fish captures to be photographed on both sides and pics emailed to solutions.group@hotmail.co.uk or wats app to 07968351719
