How do I book?
Before you are able to book you must click ‘Become a member’ complete your information and upload Driving Licence on the Swimbooker page. Once we verify your information, you will receive an email from Swimbooker and can make a booking. You will see the ‘Become a member’ tab after clicking the ‘Book now’ button above. CHECK RULES BEFORE YOU DO THIS
Do I have to book a swim?
Yes you book a swim at booking stage, that said if a swim is unbooked while you are there you can move to that swim, use the booking system on Swimbooker to see what swims are unbooked. Dont assume if a swim is vacant its unbooked, it maybe booked but just that they are running late, use the Swimbooker system to see how many anglers are on and what swims are booked.
Can I move swim while i'm there?
Yes, to an unbooked swim only, use the Swimbooker system to check real time what swims are booked / unbooked
Do you have toilets on site?
Yes, there is a flush toilet on site.
Can you park by the lake?
Yes, we have parking at the front gate just big enough for 4 vehicles.
How many rods can I use?
2 rods per angler
Will I see a Bailiff during my stay?
A member of our team be there at least once a day
Is there a bin on site ?
No, all rubbish must be taken home
What bait do you sell?
8mm House Pellet
Any other species?
Pike to 9lb, very few Bream to 12lb and small Pearch
Can I drive around the lake?
No, parking in parking area only near the gate
No Address on the Website?
Address and access instructions are issued once booking is made, just helps keep the place private for the anglers. Lake is near Syston, Leicester
Can I bring a guest?
Unfortunately not. Lake is for experienced carp anglers only over the age of 18
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, as long as it stays in your swim and on its lead
Use of BBQ?
Bring your own Charcoal and clean this after use.
How big are the gravelled swims?
Each swim is about 14m2 and topped with Granite. Somes swims can be tough to get your bivvy pegs and bank sticks in so bring a mallet and extra long bivvy pegs
